RETURN POLICY

 

We, at Terre Brown, value your relationship with us and want you to look best in our products. If you have ordered the product and have any issue in regards to the same, we have replacement and refund policy in place to help you find a solution to your problem.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY

 

To avoid problems in size of the product, we strongly urge you to confirm the sizing with us, (we send you a confirmation mail with size chart link for you to reconfirm on the size if the need be) and advise you to order the item up to your choice and fit because the cost of shipping an item back to us will be borne by you. You will be responsible for all freight and duty charges relating to a returned shipment.

 

There would be 7 days window, after you receive the order, to inform us about the replacement. We would not take any replacement request after this period. All the tags and packaging have to be intact and product needs to be in the same condition as received by you. The company would undergo the quality check after the replacement is received by us. It will take 7-10 days for you to receive the replaced product. And 14 days for the refund to be processed.

REFUND POLICY

 

If you do not like what we have sent you or have any other problems and would like to opt for refund. Fret not, we offer refund on all our products internationally. You have to just write to us about the refund request on [email protected]. Refund request, like replacement request, is applicable till 7 days after you have received your order.

 

If you are opting for refund you have to ship the product back to us. After we have received the shipment, we undergo a quality check post which your refund will be processed. It will ideally take 10 days for us to do your refund. Any bank charges for  (1-3% of the order value) customers will be deducted from the total amount.

 

We would request you to keep the product in the state it was received by you. All the tags and packaging needs to be intact. In case, the product doesn’t meet the quality standards or seem to be used by you we will ship the product back to you.

 

Please note that in case you refuse to pay duty charges and haven’t received the product because of it, no refund will be applicable.

 

Please note that end-of-season-sale item is not applicable for refund or replacement.

 

 

GIFT POLICY

 

While sending someone an item marking it as a gift and if returned, you will receive a gift certificate worth the value of returned item that can be used for another purchase worth its value. If the gift is not marked as a gift and if returned, a refund will be availed directly to the one who purchased.
